• For custom 3D‑printed shoes, processing time may be extended to 5–7 business days.

• Processing time starts from the date of payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• For orders below the free‑shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
